The Cselling Mansion, which lies at the foot of the Fülöp Mountain, is more than 100 years old. The classic architectural style of the Balaton Uplands, the antic furnitures and the family relics around the house make it easy to recall the good old days for those, who are in love with traditions. On the coast of Lake Balaton, far from the noise of the city, the Cselling Mansion welcomes everyone, who is looking for special experiences.
The Cselling Udvarház has been a part of our lives since 2017.
I remember when Moreno called me on the phone to tell me he had quit his job in Budapest and was coming to join me at Lake Balaton. These were his exact words, but in Italian: “I didn’t come to Hungary to end up in a long-distance relationship again.” That’s how our story in Révfülöp began…

Különleges kollaborációnk a szintén révfülöpi Mirc Jewellery -vel igazi “szerelem” és barátság projekt! Mírával és Diával (a Mirces lányokkal) nem csak a barátság köt össze minket: a kézzel készítés iránti szenvedély, a helyi értékek tisztelete és az alkotás öröme mind része ennek a történetnek.
Azok a helyben készült tészták, amelyeket nálunk a Semolában élvezhettek, most ékszerként is életre kelnek! Morenoval elkészítettük a tészta prototípusokat, a lányok pedig ezüstbe öntötték a tésztácskákat. A fusilli, rigatoni, creste di gallo, conchiglie most már nyaklánc és karkötő formájában is a tiétek lehet! A tradicionális olasz ételek és az egyedi nemesfémek találkozásából valami igazán különleges született – fedezd fel ezeket az egyedi ékszereket, és viseld magadon a Dolce vita életérzést!
Az ékszerek 925 ezrelékes ( vagy másnéven sterling ) ezüstből készülnek. Mint minden Mirc ékszer, egyedileg kézzel készülnek. Az akrilszálas karkötőket könnyen méretre állíthatod, a rajta lévő csomók segítségével.
Here by Lake Balaton, autumn and winter are the perfect seasons for reflection and brainstorming. This is how our Semola Pastfood pasta bar came to life. We definitely wanted to create a place that is simple, high-quality, quick, and absolutely delicious, where our guests can truly enjoy that (capital-letter) ITALIAN PASTA that instantly transports them to Italy! Fresh pasta, made with ingredients we know and trust. And of course, the sauces – the perfect carbonara, a flavorful amatriciana or the autumn favorite pumpkin pasta.
At first, it was just a thought – how great would it be to have such a place? Then, we were already scouting locations and choosing the pasta machine!
Anyone who knows Cselling Guest House knows that Moreno Contin is Italian and, not to mention, an excellent chef. So, it wasn’t hard to figure out who would be cooking at our ‘pastabar.’ We couldn’t have imagined a more authentic place!
Our cooking classes and workshops are now held in the kitchen of Hello Chef Veszprém.
